About the Book
The book 'Organizational Behaviour and Development 'covers two blocks with respective units as prescribed in the syllabus Ext.503 by ICAR. Under Block 1 there are four units namely, Basics of Organization, Basics of Organizational Behaviour, Individual Behaviour in Organization and Group Behaviour in Organization. Under Block 2 there are six units.
